Job Title : Data EngineerLocation : Chennai (Work from Office)Experience : 5 to 8 yearsJob Description : We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in building data pipelines, data warehousing, and data management solutions.Responsibilities : - Design, build, and operationalize large scale enterprise data solutions and applications using one or more of AWS data and analytics services - DynamoDB, RedShift, Kinesis, Lambda, S3, Glue.- Utilize AWS Management Tools (CloudWatch, CloudTrail) to proactively monitor large and complex deployments.- Analyze, re-architect, and re-platform on-premise data warehouses to data platforms on AWS.- Develop Advanced SQL for end-to-end development and Optimization of existing processes.- Understand complex python queries and update existing code according to business requirements.- Maintain and optimize existing processes.- Gather requirements and conduct feasibility analysis, design, develop from scratch, and deliver.- Design data warehouse/data mart.- Lead client calls to flag off any delays, blockers, or escalations, and collate all the requirements.- Deploy data pipelines using an automated CI/CD approach.- Write production-ready code in Python, and participate in code reviews to maintain and improve code quality, stability, and supportability..Required Skills : - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering.- Strong proficiency in Python.- Experience in Data Migration, Data Warehousing, and AWS.- Excellent SQL skills.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
