Key Responsibilities :- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company's vision, product roadmap, and market opportunities. Collaborate with other executives to define product strategy and ensure technological advancements support business goals.- Team Development and Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Identify talent needs and oversee recruitment, training, and development programs.- Product Development Oversight : Ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and innovative products. Oversee product development lifecycle processes, from concept to deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.- Operational Excellence : Streamline engineering processes and implement best practices in software development, quality assurance, and project management. Ensure the engineering team has the tools, resources, and infrastructure necessary to succeed.- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback and ensure product development aligns with user needs and market demands. Communicate engineering achievements and challenges to stakeholders.- Technology Leadership : Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency. Requirements Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing product development teams.- Proven track record of developing and delivering scalable, high-quality software products.- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.- Experience with agile methodologies, software development lifecycle management, and continuous integration/deployment practices.- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
