About the role: As a Product Designer-II, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to conceptualize, design, and deliver exceptional digital experiences that meet the needs of our users.Responsibilities:- Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms.- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions and iterate on existing features.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design concepts and solutions.- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products.- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning within the team.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, and incorporate them into our design processes.Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and past projects.- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.- Knowledge of the latest Figma features is a must.- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating innovative and impactful user experiences.- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment following a rapid iterative design approach.If you are passionate about design and eager to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you!
