As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading and project managing at least one project team independently. You will work directly with clients, Senior developers, and other Team Members to facilitate the delivery of high-quality software solutions to our clients.What you'll do : Engage with client to mutually agree on the defined scope by analyzing the requirements and designing the solution.Oversee, lead stand-up meetings, and mentor project team to develop full-stack web application and deliver projects on time, with quality and within budget.If needed, do hands-on development, troubleshooting, deployment etc.Stay up to date on the latest .NET Core, Azure Cloud, and any of the UI (React/Angular) technologies.Enable implementation of unit tests and automated testing frameworksCollaborate with all stakeholders (client, leadership, team) to solve business problems and identify risks in advance.Mentor junior developers looking to develop .NET skills.The ideal profile : - Highly skilled and motivated Project Lead with 8 to 12 years' experience in full-stack software development, of which at least 3 years in client facing roles, mentoring, and managing teams technically.This implies : Experience of handling software development projects with a minimum project team size of 5+ members.Experience in delivering projects with high standard of quality control by actively involving in identifying root cause of problem and solving it permanently.Should be a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Hands-on experience in C#, .NET core with exposure to Azure Cloud apps.Hands-on experience in front-end technologies such as Angular or React (not Angular.js).Hands-on experience using Microsoft (MS) SQL (database design, joins, optimizing queries or stored procedures, backup / restore databases etc.)Hands-on experience working in Agile projects and experience working in Azure DevOps, Git repo and CICD pipeline.Experience in handling testing automation projects is desirable.Should be working from office for the initial 2 months of service to work with team. Post that candidate can work on a hybrid model.Estimate hours of project in a cost-effective manner and ensure that project is delivered within the cost committed.Project Manage at least 1 project team (for a client) end to end and work closely with Client counterparts related to project delivery, timelines, staffing, risks etc. related to projects.Collaborate with Marketing to come up with case studies and other ways to project our expertise.Should be experienced in identifying Risks, stakeholder management, negotiation, prioritization, work allocation etc.Define performance management goals and having performance discussions and performance appraisal with team.Enable new initiatives including cost optimization for operational efficiency like Test Automation, AI / ML, Cognitive AI and others that involve Research and Development activities.Involve in recruitment process to define the responsibility, skillset needed for a specific requisition (role) and interview candidates to screen talents, assist in onboarding them and make them productive.
