Description:
Responsibilities :- Design and implement a comprehensive Microsoft Teams collaboration platform that fosters seamless communication and collaboration between internal employees and guest users.- Utilize Power Automate to automate key workflows within Teams, streamlining processes and enhancing team productivity.- Leverage Data verse as the central data repository for the Teams platform, ensuring data security and integrity.- Design and develop insightful Power BI dashboards to visualize key data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.- Build custom Power Apps to extend the functionality of Teams and address specific client needs.- Integrate Copilot chatbot functionality within Teams and SharePoint pages to provide automated support and information dissemination.- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.- Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security best practices and implement them throughout the collaboration platform.- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users on the new Teams platform.Qualifications :- 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies.- Proven experience with Microsoft Teams, including security configurations and guest user access.- In-depth knowledge of Power Automate, Data verse, Power BI, Power Apps, and Copilot.- Experience integrating third-party applications with Microsoft 365.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong understanding of security best practices in a cloud environment.
