Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Administrator with expertise in cloud technologies to join our team. As an Infrastructure Administrator (Cloud), you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.Key Responsibilities:- Design and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions based on business requirements and best practices.- Manage and administer cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and security components.- Monitor system performance and capacity to ensure scalability and efficiency of cloud resources.- Implement and enforce security measures to protect cloud environments against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.- Configure and maintain automated deployment pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) of applications and services.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner.- Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our infrastructure strategy.- Document system configurations, procedures, and policies to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on cloud-related initiatives and projects.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Administrator or similar role, with a focus on cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including virtualization, containerization, and software-defined networking.- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure management tools and services (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager).- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation tasks.- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for cloud environments (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver).- Knowledge of networking protocols, security standards, and best practices in cloud environments.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
