It enables businesses to utilize large language models (LLMs) to bridge the gap between decision workflows and natural language, combining ML with a built-in rules engine. It provides a full-stack solution for data preparation and lightweight ML algorithm execution, coupled with a low-code consumption interface designed for business users.About the Role :Scribble Data customers trust them with their data and the outputs and expect cutting-edge tools and thought processes. The product is at the center of the relationship with customers.As a Solution Architect, you will own the delivery and customer success end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include :- Help potential customers frame their problems into the scope for PoCs and build and own the PoCs atop Hasper with high attention-to-detail.- Ensuring trust, robustness, performance, and ease of use of the platform in each customer's context, and depending on the size of the individual customer engagement.- Building long-term customers and championing solutions developed by Scribble Data team and traveling to customer locations where needed.- Incorporate customer feedback and new asks from customers into ongoing deliverables.- Potentially lead a team of engineers and vendors.- Track and research emerging trends as well as competitors, thereby creating feedback loops for the product team.What we are looking for :- Bachelors/Masters degree or higher in Computer Science with exposure to statistics- 8+ years of industry experience owning, building, and shipping enterprise grade data-based solutions to production- Proven track record in system engineering / backend development for data-based use cases using Python.- Strong algorithmic and data structure skills.- Comfortable with big data technologies like map-reduce, NoSQL, Spark, HBase, Hive.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders from different backgrounds.Nice to haves :- Having built and shipped a product at a startup- Experience in developing and implementing Machine Learning algorithms for multiple among entity matching, recommendation systems, search systems, natural language understanding etc.- Proficient with Python data science libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, spacy, etc.) and SQL- Experience with Langchain or other LLM development frameworks- Experience with deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, etc. (ref:hirist.tech)
