Job Description :We are currently seeking a skilled .NET Production Support Engineer to join our team in providing maintenance and support for production systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production support, along with proficiency in .NET technologies, C#, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.Responsibilities :- Provide production support for .NET applications, ensuring the stability and availability of systems.- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities, adhering to defined SLAs.- Utilize Service Now for incident tracking and management.- Participate in major incident resolution processes, demonstrating strong triaging skills and effective communication.- Debug issues with .NET and other Microsoft-based applications and tools.- Work with Microsoft technology stack including .NET, C#, IIS, and SQL Server.- Utilize SSIS and SSRS for ETL and reporting tasks respectively.- Knowledge of VB, Azure, PL SQL, and DevOps CI/CD pipeline will be advantageous.- Familiarity with Wealth domain COTS products and banking domain will be beneficial.Required Skills :- 4 to 9 years of experience in production support roles.- Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.- Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting .NET applications- Familiarity with Service Now or similar incident tracking tools.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Preferred Skills :- Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD pipeline.- Experience in the Wealth domain and familiarity with banking systems.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Certification in relevant technologies or ITIL framework will be advantageous.
