Job Title: POWER BI lead/ Senior developerLocation: BangalorePrimary skill:- Overall 10+ yrs Relevant Power BI Development - 8+ years strong experience- UX/UI( 6-month-1 yr) years- 1-2 years in Snowflake (should be able to connect databases with Power BI)- Direct query , SQLJob Description:- Strong Power BI Developer- 10 years of experience working directly with Power BI- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Online Service- Experience in UI/UX- Experience in connecting Snowflake Data to Power BI using Direct Query with huge volume of data.- Experience in handling large volume of data- Experience in Establishing Snowflake connection and extraction into Power BI- Experiences in Data security, checking Azure log analytics.- Experience in Data loading mechanism- Data experience (data architecture, data modeling, data engineering)- Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI experience with writing and debugging SQL queries.- Experience setting up automated data refresh of dashboards.- Have proven experience in visual analytics best practices, development processes, and knowledge of typical BI & analytics tools and technologies (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, etc.)- Ability to integrate reporting components from multiple data sources- Effective analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work concurrently across multiple technologies (e.g. Power BI, Business objects, Qlikview) depending upon specific needs of the client- Experience in optimizing dashboards with focus on usability, performance, flexibility and standardization- Experience in end-to-end implementation of BI projects for developing a portfolio of scorecards, KPIs, reports & dashboards- Provides technical expertise in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to owners- Client-facing experience in a consulting environment among mid-level to senior leadership- A fantastic communicator at all levels- Passionate about data visualization- Ability to perform training and mentorship (ref:hirist.tech)
