[Kenvue]: Data Engineering (Drive)- Manager, Senior Solution Architect for Kenvue Data Platforms is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Data and Analytics product line team! We strive to positively impact the trajectory of personal health every day through powerful data and analytics solutions that drive innovation and unlock growth.- You will partner closely with multiple Business partners, Product Owners, Data Strategy, Data Platform, Data Science, and Machine Learning (MLOps) teams to drive innovative data products for end users. - This leader will bring extensive experience, shine the light on future capabilities, inspire the team and partners, and tirelessly link capabilities to business-driven critical metrics.- A key responsibility will be to implement next-generation platform & data solution architecture principles, and processes across functional domains and multi-cloud environments.Responsibilities:Shape and lead Kenvue Data Platforms, and Products Technology solution architecture across multiple data domains, encompassing end-to-end data pipelines from data acquisition to value generation.Provide overall end-to-end leadership for data platforms, data engineering, product owner, and architecture teams to build optimal solution architecture that drives business growth.Drive innovation and thought leadership by anticipating and responding to rapidly changing industry trends, translating relevant insights into solutions that create new value.Work closely with the Business leaders and teams to understand the needs of the business; clearly articulating the story of value created through data, and technology across multiple business domains.Design, and build Kenvue data analytics capabilities that take advantage of advanced technology and architecture to deliver data-driven insights and solutions in support of Commercial Excellence, Finance, HR, R, D, and Supply Chain.Forge trusted partnerships with external & internal partners and complimentary analytics practitioners.Requirements:Undergraduate degree in Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, applied data sciences, or other related fields; advanced degree in related fields preferred.7+ years in IT space specializing in shaping and leading Technology, Solution Architecture, Data Engineering, and Data management teams across different geographies and time zones.Demonstrated strength in examining issues, shaping strategy, and influencing effectively across the organization.Ability to drive, and lead people, and challenge the status quo in technology, and architecture.Superb interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists.Strong business and financial competence.Expert in leading the implementation of streamlined solution architecture across multiple business domains to maximize the reusability, scalability, and business value of data within the DevSecOps framework.Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Architecture (Azure), cloud-based databases (Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift), and various data integration techniques (API, stream, file) using DBT, SQL/PySpark, Python.3+ years implementing data products through data mesh/fabric concepts.Expert Agile methodology practitioner; ability to define and implement prototypes and MVPs / RATs, experience working in Scrum/Kanban is required.Proven track record leading teams through multiple high-profile projects with demanding deadlines, changing requirements, and working with defined resources.Ability to estimate required effort and prioritize work items appropriately.Thrives on a diverse company culture, celebrating the uniqueness of our employees and committed to inclusion.Proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
