Position: Project ManagerExperience: 5 - 8 Yrs.Mandatory Skills: Project Management, SDLC, Jira, Agile, Scrum, Resource Management, Ticket Management.Location: BangaloreJob Type: Permanent/Fulltime PositionShift Details: IST Shift (02:00 PM to 11:00 PM)Job Description: We are looking for a Project Manager who will need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. Important responsibilities for a Project Manager include:1. Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. 2. Project plans must be in MS Project3. Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them4. Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project5. Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy6. Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals7. Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected8. Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed for the project change9. Reviews high-level deliverables across projects.10. Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology and practices.11. Minimizes our exposure and risk across multiple projects.12. Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects.13. Serves as key participant in team and client meetings.14. Effectively communicates relevant project/practice information to superiors and peers.15. Helps to determine new, creative ways to employ teams on projects and distribute responsibilities.16. Works across projects to share lessons learned and best practices.17. Anticipates clients' needs and proposes alternative solutions.18. Ability to recruit and mentor new talent.19. Builds expert knowledge and conveys knowledge to others.20. Possesses knowledge, skills and abilities required to resolve more complex Technical issues.21. Assists in the evaluation and design of Solution and estimates.22. Able to create project matrix / reports for client / management23. Pursues excellence in all aspects of work.24. Project Management , Resource Management, Ticket Management, Jira25. Software/Application Development/SDLCRole Specific Skills: Project Management, Resource Management, Ticket Management, Jira, SDLCExperience & Exposure Required: 1. Effective Communication skills from project kick-offs to stakeholder meetings, to updating the executives (both oral and written)2. Problem solver3. MS Project - Can build a plan from scratch with dependencies4. Can prioritize a backlog of 100 stories5. Excellent in note taking during meetings6. PowerPoint expert7. Can work with Excel spreadsheets8. Impeccable follow up with teams and tracking down blockers9. Excellent Scheduling and Time Management10. Can mitigate Risk11. Critical Thinking and Problem Solving12. Set milestones and deadline dates13. Keep project on schedule14. Excellent Communication, should have worked on complex projects, worked on MS Project, PERT15.
