Position - Technical Project ManagerExperience : 12-14 yearsRequirement : - Technical Project Manager with experience in web development exp in cloud environment.- Manage and lead a team of 20-30 engineers- Work with the business stakeholders and product management to implement product roadmap - Lead the System integration with external partners and enterprises- Participate and lead Product architecture and design activities - Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure smooth production roll outs- Track and maintain key delivery and quality metrics- Risk Assessment, tracking and mitigation- People Management including their performance management and job enablement.Technical Skills :- Web Technologies: Java/Python and ReSTful Web Services, HTML- Databases & ORM: PostgreSQL, MongoDb- Web Frameworks: MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices.- IDE Tools: Spring Tool Suite, Eclipse, IntelliJ Idea.- Servers: JBoss, Tomcat 5.x/6.x, Glassfish, WebLogic Server 9/10.- Version Control: Bitbucket and GIT.- Testing Tools: Junit/TestNG, Spring Test Framework.Experience & Competencies :- Having very good experience in developing cloud based enterprise applications- Proficient in n-tier application design and development using Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts 2.0, Spring and Oracle.- Experienced in working with NO SQL DB such as MongoDB- Working Knowledge in JSON and XML technologies such as XSL, XSLT, XPath, parsers like SAX, DOM and JAXB.- Good understanding of Spark Streaming with Kafka for real-time processing.- Strong understanding of common API technologies, such as OAuth, SAML, Spring Boot and Microservices- Proficient in using AWS (Amazon Web Services) services like EC2, VPC, Cloud Watch, Cloud Front, Cloud Formation, IAM, S3, Amazon RDS, Elastic Cache, Kinesis, EKS- Must have a proven record of managing a team of 20+ engineersCompany Details : (ref:hirist.tech)
