Description:
We are seeking a skilled AEM Java Developer with over 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). As an AEM Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AEM-based solutions to meet our clients' needs. This role requires a deep understanding of AEM architecture, components, and best practices, as well as proficiency in Java programming.Key Responsibilities : AEM Development : - Design, develop, and implement AEM-based solutions, including templates, components, workflows, and services.- Customize and extend AEM functionality using Java, JSP, and other technologies as needed.System Integration : - Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality across platforms.Content Management : - Implement content management solutions using AEM authoring tools and workflows.- Configure and customize AEM authoring environments to meet content management requirements.Performance Optimization : - Optimize AEM performance by identifying bottlenecks, fine-tuning configurations, and implementing caching strategies.Quality Assurance : - Conduct unit testing and code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.- Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and ensure the reliability of AEM solutions.Documentation and Reporting : - Create technical documentation, including design documents, deployment guides, and release notes.- Provide regular progress updates and status reports to project stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java development.- Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies.- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and best practices.- Proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, and other Java-related technologies.- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.- Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.- Experience with version control systems such as Git.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Skills : - Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification in Adobe Experience Manager.- Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
