Lead one or more development projects, taking complete ownership of delivery by guiding and mentoring project leads to create high-performing teams.2. Estimate work, cost, and plan delivery schedules, including tasks, milestones, and dependencies.3. Monitor project progress, publish regular status reports and quality metrics, track risks and issues, and actively work to resolve or mitigate them.4. Navigate teams through all phases of project delivery, ensuring exceptional technical solutions align with company processes and standards.5. Facilitate technical problem-solving and escalations, maintaining project schedules according to sprints in Jira.6. Provide technical project training to teams and serve as a technical mentor to team members.7. Capture innovations, lessons learned, and success stories from projects, sharing them across the organization while leading developers with a balance of technical and soft skills.8. Build strong software project development teams, focusing on individual and collective competencies.9. Manage client interactions, translating requirements into deliverables for the development team.10. Oversee the entire SDLC and project lifecycle, from inception to delivery, with minimal supervision.Why we will you :1. BE/B.Tech/MCA with 6+ years of experience and a deep understanding of Java or .NET technologies, web development, architecture, configuration, deployment, and domain-driven designs.2. Core programming skills in Java or .NET, including relevant frameworks and libraries, are essential.3. Experience with modern web development technologies, such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React or Angular), is required.4. Sound understanding of Agile development methods and leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean environment.5. 4+ years of experience required for this Technical Project Manager profile.6. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.7. Certifications in Scrum, Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP are a plus.8. Prior experience in account management and client relationship building, working closely with client executives, such as CIO, CTO, and PMO, is an advantage.9. Strong project management and technical fundamentals to build complex enterprise software applications.10. Ability to apply Agile and Lean practices to lead self-organizing teams and deliver software aligned with client requirements.11. Hands-on experience with OOPS, Data Structure, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).12. Must have completed at least 2-3 SDLC projects using relevant Java or .NET technologies and frameworks.13. Familiarity with design principles and domain-driven design.14. Go-getter attitude, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.15. Experience in preparing technical proposals, effort, and cost estimation.16. Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with project management trends, technologies, and tools.17. In-depth knowledge of project health, critical path items, risks, and timeline impacts.18.
