Job Description :Primary Skills : ServiceNow, ITSM, CMDBDesired Skills & Responsibilities :- Candidate must have at least 10+ years of overall ServiceNow experience- Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform- Candidate must have 4+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery experience- Good knowledge of the CMDB data model- Experience in writing custom patterns- Must have good communication skills- Experience in resolving Discovery issues & coordinating with various infra teams- Must have good communication skills- Must have team-handling experience- Working experience in Service Maps- Experience in writing custom patterns Involve as lead developer in multiple ServiceNow projects.- Coordinate with client and team members and ensure there are no gaps in understanding the requirements.- Understand the functional and technical requirements of the application.- Participate in design discussions.- Offer technical and functional suggestions for enhancing the application.- Discuss with the client every day, understand and document the requirements.- Develop solutions accordingly.
