As the Lead React Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading the front-end development efforts and integrating them seamlessly with our Python backend infrastructure. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable web applications.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the front-end development team in creating responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js. - Collaborate with backend developers to design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between front-end and backend systems. - Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems and components for maximum performance and scalability. - Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding best practices and standards within the team. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring cross-browser compatibility. - Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into fully functional user interfaces. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js. - 5+ years of experience in Python development, including frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end build tools such as Webpack. - Experience with version control systems such as Git and code collaboration platforms like GitHub or GitLab. - Solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards. - Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Good to have Skills: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. - Understanding of GraphQL and experience in implementing GraphQL APIs. - Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or FastAPI.
