Job Title - Java LeadExperience - 8+ Years- Location - NoidaPrimary Skills - Java8, Spring boot, Microservices, Team Lead.Educational Qualification - Any Engineering related degree- Roles and Responsibilities :- Manage the entire software development life cycle, from planning and prioritizing to testing and release. - Work closely with the Product Manager / Architect to define project deliverables. - Mentor and motivate the team to achieve project deadlines. - Write code for complex modules and collaborate with the Architect to define product architecture. - Establish coding guidelines and ensure team adherence. - Conduct code reviews based on agreed-upon standards. - Possess hands-on experience with relevant technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Java 8+. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of Object-Oriented and Cloud-native computing design patterns. - Have a working knowledge of CI/CD processes. - Possess working knowledge of project management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence, as well as source control systems like GitLab. - Communicate with stakeholders and team members effectively, and provide technical leadership onprojects. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to projects as needed. Key skills required for the role : - Expertise in Java programming language and related technologies such as Spring boot, Spring Data Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, and Kafka. - Strong understanding of Microservice Architecture and Cloud-native computing design patterns. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud platforms like AWS. - Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Angular can also be valuable. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or iterative development methodologies. - Experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams, as well as collaborating with stakeholders such as Product Managers and Architects. - Good communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders to understand requirements anddeliver solutions that meet business needs. - Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence, as well as source control systems like GitLab. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - A willingness to stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Desired experience : - At least 8+ years of experience in Java development and related technologies. - At least 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or similar role, with proven experience managing cross-functional teams. - Experience with Agile/Scrum or iterative development methodologies. - Proven experience with Microservice Architecture and Cloud-native computing design patterns. - Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud platforms like AWS. - Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence, as well as source control systems like GitLab. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - A willingness to stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
