Graphic Designer :Location - Bangalore, Karnataka, IndiaExperience - 2-5 yearsMust Have :- UI designing with Figma is mandatory- UI and graphic designingSkills we are looking for:- B.Des in any of the following: Interaction Design, Experience Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design, and/or related fields.- 1.5 - 2 years in UI + Graphic design- Candidate should be willing to do both UI and graphic designing.- Video editing experience is a plus- Work from office - 3 days a weekJob Description :- Create new or adapt existing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design mockups to communicate product enhancements.- Consider the context and overall user flow in all designs as well as any engineering constraints that may influence implementation.- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Team Members, Designers, and Company Stakeholders to create designed solutions.- Design for web and mobile solutions, taking into account responsive design considerations and focusing on mobile-first for our respondent user groups.- Participate and observe in user research when appropriate for larger long-term projects.- Inform artifacts and designs using iterative design research techniques including quantitative surveys, customer interviews, and other forms of requirements discovery.- Provide guidance through documentation, artifacts, and conversations for multiple teams.- Directions should be clear and be written with engineering team members in mind as the audience, enabling them to efficiently execute designs.- Follow brand design guidelines, best practices, and standards including our design systems and specified components.- Create in a fast-paced work environment through independent self-direction that prioritizes team collaboration and communication.- Strong knowledge of interaction design processes and techniques particularly as applied to desktop & mobile products.- Demonstrates a desire for continual learning and personal development.- Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.- You have a genuine curiosity, the ability to learn, and an open mind to experiment with various tools (ref:hirist.tech)
