Description:

Job Description : We are seeking a talented and motivated UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in the entire design process, from user research and information architecture to prototyping and user testing. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create user-centric solutions that meet business goals.Responsibilities : User Research and Empathy :- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.- Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.- Translate research findings into actionable insights that drive the design process.Information Architecture & Interaction Design :- Design clear and intuitive information architecture for websites and applications.- Wireframe, prototype, and iterate on user interfaces to ensure optimal user flow and interaction.- Create style guides and design systems to ensure consistency and brand alignment.Visual Design & Communication :- Apply design principles (e.g., typography, color theory, layout) to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.- Collaborate with visual designers to create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.- Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders through presentations and documentation.Usability Testing & Iteration :- Plan and conduct usability testing to identify and address user experience issues.- Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs based on testing results.- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) for wireframing, prototyping, and mockups.- Working knowledge of user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, card sorting, usability testing).- Understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG).- Familiarity with design systems and UI component libraries.- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, ProtoPie) (a plus).- Version control experience with Git (a plus).Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master'sAdditional Skills :- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.- Strong work ethic and a desire to deliver high-quality work.
