Job:GN - Tech Strategy & Advisory - Transformation Office - C|M Location:Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore Experience: • 6-10 years large scale consulting experience and managing teams in a consulting environment or as part of a firm’s internal strategy/transformation capability • 5+ years of experience participating or leading a part of significant digital transformation program(s) – preferably in ERP, Cloud, Platforms, Interactive, New IT and other Technology landscapes • Experience in supporting Project Management/ Value Realization Office /Transformation Management Office for own organization or for clients • 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing recommendations • Exposure to and understanding of IT Strategy & Scrum/Agile transformation methodology • A strong understanding of industry operations and dynamics through experience in the following industries is preferred: Financial Services, Retail, consumer goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources
