The ideal candidate will have a passion for education technology, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.Responsibilities :- Lead the development and implementation of React.js applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect innovative teaching and learning solutions.- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and coding standards.- Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and functional reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.- Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Stay updated on the latest technologies, architecture practices, and design patterns, and incorporate them into our development processes.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to application performance, security, and scalability.- Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 5-8 years of software development experience with expertise in React.js.- Proficiency in Object-oriented JavaScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS, and Rest API integration.- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and strong communication skills.- Knowledge of database optimization, application security, and information security standards.
