Our B2C media products are consumed by more than 50 million users in a month, while our AI-driven B2B content engine helps companies create text-based content at scale.Job Description : The Junior Quality Assurance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through the execution of quality assurance activities and processes. The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the quality assurance team to learn and develop their skills in quality assurance methodologies and practices.Key Responsibilities :- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.- Participate in quality inspections and audits of products/services to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development, testing, and customer support, to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.- Learn and utilize quality assurance tools and software to conduct testing and analyze test results.- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of quality records, reports, and documentation.- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and best practices.- Support senior quality assurance engineers in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.- Assist in the preparation of quality assurance metrics and reports for management review.- Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices in quality assurance and incorporate them into our processes and procedures.- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the senior management team.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in CS and 1 to 3 years of equivalent work experience.- Previous experience or coursework in quality assurance or software testing is desirable.- Basic understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in quality assurance.- Familiarity with quality assurance tools and software is a plus.Benefits :- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.- Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
