Description:
Role Graphic Designer Industry Type IT Services & Consulting Functional Area Branding, UI/UX, Design & Architecture, Digital Marketing Experience: 6 months to 2 Years Education Master's or bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Communication Arts, Fine Art or related fields. Command on leading design software applications, e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Figma among others. Degree or Diploma in Arts from National Institute of Design (NID), Mudra Institute of Communication (MICA), MIT institute of design, UID, MS University or similar level of design institutes Qualification or certifications in related fields, such as Branding, Interactive Design, New Media Design, Graphic Design or in Design Thinking area is a plus. Responsibility: Study design briefs and determine requirements Understanding the client’s requirement and solving them by giving the right solution Basic knowledge in previsualization and storyboards is an added skill Create Graphics that identify a product or convey a message Conceptualize visuals based on requirements A good eye for type, color, fonts, and movement is essential Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Develop illustrations, logos, brand material, user interface design and other designs Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic Work with copywriters and marketing team to produce final design Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand guidelines Client Communication & Good with presentations is a definite plus Collaborate with the Creative Director and Sr. Graphic Designer to develop design concepts Essential Skills : Proven graphic designing experience A strong portfolio of graphics design both in Print & Digital media Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effect, etc.) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Developing Creative Ideas & Concepts is a must. Excellent communication skills is a definite plus Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Experience in production elements like videography is a definite plus Ability to think creatively and conceptually. Should be detail-oriented, responsive and take end-to-end ownership from an operations standpoint Good team player
