Job Description Hardware Basic knowledge (Desktop, Printer, Server, Network) OS installation knowledge (Windows, Server, Linux, MAC) Hardware: Processors Types, HDD Types, RAM Types, Processors Types, Input and Output Port and Devices Networking: Crimping, Punching, Switch, Router, Wi-Fi router, IP Knowledge of Office365, Domain, Hosting, IP range, Gateway, DNS Software: OS data recovery, backup tool, Visual Studio, Android Studio and SQL installation, MAC, User Profile backup Mail Configuration: Outlook – Exchange, POP, IMAP, Mail Backup and restore, Calendar Basic knowledge of HDD partition (FAT, NTFS, exFAT, MBR, GPT) Windows BIOS basic knowledge (Legacy, UEFI, Virtualization, Boot order) Printer installation and Configuration knowledge – USB, LAN, Wi-Fi Windows Server roles basic configuration – AD ID, Group policy, DHCP, DNS, FTP, HTTP Any certifications would be advantage - Hardware, Networking, CCNA, MCSA, Linux Advantage to have Cloud experience or Knowledge
