Description:
Responsibility: Manage BI solutions (portals, dashboards, standard, and ad-hoc reporting) with a specific focus on data management, and data warehouse architecture Evaluate existing data-collecting and analytics systems Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms Analyze big data to discover trends and patterns Establish procedures for data sharing with internal and external stakeholders Ensure to use accurate and secure methods to extract data Provide technical direction and mentoring to a team of developers who develop and build solutions using our enterprise Data tools (Access, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Server, Power BI, and Power Pivot) Ensuring team members are following best practices within the SDLC structure while overseeing, planning and estimating project needs Maintains resource forecast and resolves resource conflict and risk. Ensures utilization of investment allocated to the team through the balance of projects, goals, and training Designing & developing dimensions, hierarchies & cubes Develop calculated measures using MDX Provides oversight and mentoring to the BI Development team Achieves and maintains relevant technical competencies and helps to foster an environment of continuous growth and learning among colleagues on existing and emerging technologies Pass certification exams and strive to become a recognized expert on key technologies Skills Required: Minimum 8 years of experience with enterprise-class ETL/BI tools (Microsoft SQL/SSRS/SSIS/SSAS/Power BI) Experience as a BI Consultant, Data Scientist or similar role Good knowledge of machine learning Experience using business intelligence tools (like Tableau and Microsoft BI Power) and data processing frameworks (like Hadoop and Samza) Strong skills in statistics, reporting and data mining Deep analytical experience and understanding of typical information technology processes Experience in Azure Data Factory integration, Azure Integration Services Experience with software testing, report writing and database management 5 Experience with requirements gathering and documentation processes Experience with designing packages in SSIS Should be able Mentoring and guide Junior team members Educational Qualification: B. Tech/ M. Tech OR MCA
