Description:
Responsibility: Understanding of clients’ business requirement Create RTM. Create test cases based on the requirement documents. Execute the test cases. Log bugs in bug tracking tool. Retesting of bugs. End to end testing/Regression testing of the build. Participate in Integration testing of the build. Do root cause analysis of production bugs. Participate in project scrum. Amend the testcases as and when there is change in requirements. Participate in UAT testing/Production verification testing. Help developers by reproducing the bugs in their environment. Update project status to senior-QA/Project Owner. Mentor/Motivate Associate-QA Skills Required: Analytical Skills. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Knowledge of core Quality Parameters Knowledge of Working in Agile Methodology Intermediate in selenium automation tool / J-meter performance and load test Experience with Microsoft Office/Excel. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Zeal to break the software application. Good interpersonal skills and decision-making skills. Good leadership skills. Educational Qualification: B. Tech/ M. Tech OR MCA
