Designation: Sr. UI/UX Designer Job location:- Ahmedabad , Ashram road Responsibility: • User-centric research • User interface look and feel establishment • Simultaneously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize design efficiency. • Having an eye for Design aesthetics. Creating designs with keeping design principles and design requirements in mind. • Prepare UI design for Websites, Enterprise Web-Applications and Mobile app. • Participate in user research and interaction studies. • Translate user stories and business requirements into effective designs. • Design sitemap, wireframes, prototypes and UI. • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback • Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images • Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers • Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product • Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to Assess user experience • Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers. • Effectively communicate designs to developers and other key stakeholders. • Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. • Follow the latest web standards for typography, layout structure and design style. Skills Required: • Always willing to take on the challenge and rise to the occasion. • Taking responsibility for the task at hand and owning the outcome. • Working exceptional with others to deliver high quality solutions. • Experience in rapid prototyping tools • Proven UI experience • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps • Have a good enough knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design and wire-framing tools • Visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively • Experience with web and mobile app design. • Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles. • Strong typography, layout and visual design skills. • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback • Ability to adapt style and tone of voice to suit a range of global clients, industries and platforms. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces • Experience creating storyboards and site mapping • Expert knowledge of UI design principles and techniques.
