Position Title: Planning Engineer Department: Project Management/Engineering Location: Pan India Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to gather project requirements and constraints. 2. Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera). Monitor and update schedules regularly to reflect project progress and changes. 3. Resource Allocation: Work closely with the project team to allocate resources efficiently and ensure project requirements are met. Identify and address potential resource conflicts. 4. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and identify potential project risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to address identified risks. 5. Communication: Communicate project timelines, milestones, and progress to all stakeholders. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure alignment with project goals.
