Teach residents and students during their rotation to their patient care units 2. Organizing teaching/training of PG students / other staff, of the department 3. They will be responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of their respective departments/Patient care units 4. They will be responsible for all the medical staff working in their respective department/units.
