Key Responsibilities: Support System Optimization: Assist in configuring and customizing our Dynamics 365 environment to align with business goals. Learn Integration and Automation: Gain insights into how Dynamics 365 integrates with other business systems, enhancing automation and operational efficiency. Data Analysis and Reporting: Support the use of Dynamics 365’s analytics tools to track sales metrics and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Training and Documentation: Participate in training sessions and help in creating documentation to support the sales team in effectively utilizing the platform. Solution Exploration: Work with the team to develop solutions within Dynamics 365 to improve sales processes and customer engagement. Qualifications: Recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. A foundational understanding of CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Any coursework or previous internships related to CRM systems would be advantageous.
