Job Description – L1 Support Qualification: Technical Graduate or Any Graduate with Hardware and Networking Course Communication: Average English and good at Hindi or Local Language Location: Andheri East Mumbai Package: INR 18152 CTC per Month (14465/- in hand) Experience: Fresher Roles and Responsibilities: Technical helpdesk work / Remote Desk work / Coordination work Need to do operation work like, handling mails and Phone calls Flexibility in Shifts, might need to report 7am shift as well, according to Exam schedules Candidates must be willing work on weekends (Sat & Sun). They will be given any 1 day as a weekly off. Work from home option is not available for this role. Must Have: Basic Hardware Networking Knowledge Interviews will be F2F
