Fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the UI/UX team.Qualification/Knowledge Required :1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like UI UX design, interaction design or communication2. Proficiency in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.3. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.4. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.5.
