Project objectives :- Lead the development of our e-commerce platform, ensuring that it showcases and sells the excellence of Indian craftsmanship to the world.- Inspire and lead the technical aspects of our creative projects, setting an example of innovation and quality within the e-commerce realm.- Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure seamless coordination across all disciplines, translating our commitment to luxury and culture into a user-friendly digital platform.- Make technical decisions that align with our brand's values and objectives.- Minimise technical risks and ensure the highest level of output.- Mentor junior and mid-level developers by sharing your expertise and guiding them in creating an exceptional e-commerce experience.- Define technical architectures that enhance the e-commerce experience.Technical requirements :- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Node.js, React.js, or Vue.js environments, with at least 7 years of development experience on large or complex codebases.- Scope of Work : Lead Creative Developer 2- Mastery of advanced animation techniques, including CSS, SVG, springs, and canvas.- Strong understanding of JavaScript and the web application ecosystem.
