Job Responsibilities:- Setup, manually execute and maintain test scripts for Integration Testing, System Testing and E2E Testing across different test environments- Design, implement and maintain IVR tests to ensure desired level of quality and test coverage.- Contribute to the estimates on the IVR Testing efforts for various features and new initiatives as part of definition of done- Perform root cause analysis on test results, raise and retest defects, update test scripts- Manage test data required for test execution- Maintain and run regression test sets- Provide input to and work together with test automation team for automating regression scenarios- Perform peer-reviewsTechnical skills:- Software testing methodologies (ISTQB Certification)- Strong experience in Genesys Cloud admin, Omnichannel testing with Genesys cloud and Engage- Strong experience in testing IVR speech recognition systems. Expertise in using IVR speech detecting system- Deep knowledge of IVR tests and procedures. Wide knowledge of multiple IVR platforms.- Experience testing IVR using NLP (Natural Language Processing) platforms- Excellent manual testing skills (System Testing, Integration Testing, Acceptance Testing, STLC, SDLC)- Working experience in Agile / SAFe methodology (ref:hirist.tech)
