We serve clients with a high-touch on-site and onshore presence, leveraged by a global delivery platform.The responsibilities:• Conducting hands-on secondary data analytics projects to inform a range of business issues, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey analytics, and managed markets analytics, etc.• Communicate/manage stakeholders, understand business questions and perform relevant analytics to address questions; able to translate analytics to insights.The skillset required is:• At least 5 yrs. of experience in Pharma Commercial Analyticsa. Patient analytics using claims and secondary market data.b. Brand performance analytics and reportingc. Marketing analytics & Marketing Mix/Promotional Mix Modeling.• Proficiency in working with data sources like APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub services, Formulary etc.• High proficiency on data analysis using tools like R, Python, SQL (atleast one required/Python preferred)Qualitative skills:a. Independent contributor/Self starterb. Good communication and presentation skills to present work to Executive Leadership team• Extensive knowledge of various pharmaceutical industry data sources such as: IQVIA (xPonent, xPonent PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, and Patient Level data) or Symphony dataPowered by JazzHR
