Description:

Role : UI/UX DesignerResponsibilities :- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product managers and SMEs. - Illustrate Design ideas using Wireframes, Storyboards, Process flows and Sitemaps- Design graphic user interface elements, like Menus, Tabs and Widgets- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, graphs, and tables)- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.- Define & manage Style Guide based on the Product requirement.- Adhere to style guide for the entire Design.Qualifications & Knowledge :Must Have :- UG : B. Tech/B.E/BA/BFA/BSc Or PG : M Tech/MFA/MCA/MS/M.Sc. - 4 - 6 years of proven work experience as a UX and Visual/UI Designer or similar role- Portfolio of Design projects- Knowledge of tools (e.g., Sketch, In Vision, UX Pin / Adobe XD / Zeplin / Axure and any other wire frame tools)- Up to date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop- Exposed to defining reusable Design components.- Team spirit : strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders- Good time management skills- Bachelor's/Master's in Design or relevant field (preferred)- Readiness to work in different time zones.
