Primary Skill :- Strong knowledge on Middleware Solutions (e.g. Websphere, Tomcat, Apache, IIS)- This position requires a minimum of 5+ years on web middleware and in-depth knowledge of industry-standard web middleware technologies.- Strong knowledge on Middleware Solutions (e.g. Java/J2EE, Weblogic, .Net, Tuxedo, Websphere, Tomcat, Apache, IIS).- Strong knowledge on UNIX, Wintel operating systems- Strong background on the Unix with scripting (Unix Shell, perl, phyton,)- Strong knowledge of security and Risk Configuration.- Experience on Cloud Technology support is a plusJob Description :- We are seeking a skilled and experienced WebSphere Administrator to join our team.- The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of IBM WebSphere Application Server environments.Responsibilities :- Install, configure, and maintain WebSphere Application Server environments across various platforms (Windows, Linux, Unix).- Perform application deployments, updates, and troubleshooting.- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of WebSphere environments.- Implement security measures to protect WebSphere infrastructure.- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.- Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and policies.- Stay updated with the latest WebSphere technologies and best practices.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a WebSphere Administrator or in a similar role.- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and managing IBM WebSphere Application Server.- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.- Familiarity with enterprise-level IT infrastructure and concepts.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
