Senior Business Analyst-Insurance Domain, a Full Time role in Chennai and willing to travel onsite to Thailand in understanding the project requirements ,client looking for immediate joiner for this role Role : Senior Business Analyst - Insurance Domain Job Type : Full Time Job Positions : 1Location : Chennai/Thailand Job Description :- 8+ years of total work experience - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.- Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and within budget.- Need to travel onsite to Thailand to understand client requirements and be SPOC to offshore team in provising solutions - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate to business needs into actionable solutions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.- Relevant certifications (e.g., IIBA, LOMA, INS) are a plus.- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is desirable.- Experience with insurance systems and technologies (e.g., policy administration systems, claims management systems, CRM) is preferred.Must -Have- Skills : Business Analyst, Insurance Domain Academic : Post Graduate /Graduate in Engineering /Technology /MBA (ref:hirist.tech)
