Description:

Role : Oracle Cloud - HCM Technical Consultant. Notice period : Immediate joiners. Budget : 14 to 18 LPA. We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant to join our Cloud Practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience technical development of RICEW items and have completed at least two Cloud full lifecycle implementations.Responsibilities Include :- Ideal candidate should have an experience of 5 - 7 years working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.- Responsible for the design, development, testing and support of technical tasks in Oracle Cloud.- Technical Tasks include BI Publisher Reports/Integrations, Approval Workflows, Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts.- Should have a fair understanding of the technical schema of cloud HCM and tables.- Good communication skills and the ability to read and understand functional documents.- Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, technical documentation, or user guides.- Supporting existing customers technical solutions and resolving any issues/enhancements that may occur.- Working with the sales team during the pre-sales engagement process and providing estimates for a range of technical work.- Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions as functional and technical bugs are encountered.Required Skills :- Definite hands-on and sound analytical skills while writing SQL statements.Must have hands-on experience on the below Oracle delivered tools :1. BI Publisher Reports.2. OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).3. HCM Data Loader.4. Spreadsheet Loader.5. HCM Extracts.6. Fast Formulas.7. Approval Workflows.- Experience with full cycle of Oracle Cloud Data Conversion with data transformation techniques across all HCM modules.- Should have developed integrations using HDL (for inbound) and BIP & HCM Extracts (for outbound).- Experience with interfaces/integrations using Web Services.- Proven experience in BI and OTBI development skills.- Should have developed extracts across various HCM Cloud modules.- Experience with the security setups, i.e. Role Based Access Control, Data Security and Function Security.
