Job Description :This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 years of experience in program management, cloud computing (AWS and GCP), and project delivery within the retail e-commerce domain. You will play a critical role in leading and managing complex technical programs, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving client satisfaction.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for assigned technical programs, from initiation to closure.- Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including team management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.- Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements, industry standards, and best practices.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the technical delivery team.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in program management, cloud computing, and e-commerce.Qualifications :- Minimum 12 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of success in leading and delivering complex technical programs.- Strong understanding of program management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile) and best practices.- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS and GCP.- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.- Experience working in the retail e-commerce industry (highly desirable).- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
