Role & Responsibilities :- Technical Expertise : Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP to architect, develop, and implement complex solutions tailored to our clients' needs.- Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing technical guidance, training, and support.- Client Collaboration : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Epicor solutions.- Customization : Develop and implement customizations, reports, and integrations within the Epicor framework.- Documentation : Prepare comprehensive documentation of technical solutions and configurations.- Quality Assurance : Ensure the quality and reliability of all technical deliverables, conducting testing and validation as needed.- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure successful project outcomes.Ideal Candidate :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as an Epicor Technical Consultant, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience.- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.- Expertise in Epicor ERP software, including customization, configurations, and integrations.- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, SQL, and .NET.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients.- Epicor certification (preferred).
