Description:

UI/UX DesignerResponsibilities :- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights for design improvements.- Collaborate with the product development team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.- Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces with a focus on maximizing usability.- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.- Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.Requirements :- Proven UI/UX design experience of 5years with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, XD, Figma, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a user-centric design approach.- Degree in design, interaction design, or related field is preferred.
