Job Description : Job Title : Salesforce Admin/DeveloperLocation : Bangalore (Remote)Job Type : Full-timePosition Overview : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin/Developer to join our team as a full-time resource. This role is focused on providing on-the-job support and functional enhancements to our clients for our Salesforce Health Cloud implementation.Responsibilities : - Provide real-time on-the-job support for Salesforce Health Cloud, addressing user queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. - Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. - Assist in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development activities to meet business needs. - Work closely with end-users to address system-related concerns, conduct training sessions, and provide guidance on best practices. - Conduct data analysis and support data management tasks, including imports, exports, and data cleansing activities. - Collaborate with the development team to review and optimize Apex code, triggers, Lightning components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Utilize Visualforce Pages for creating custom user interfaces as needed. - Employ Apex Triggers for process automation and data manipulation. - Leverage Salesforce Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components to enhance user interface and functionality. - Utilize Visual Studio Code as the integrated development environment (IDE) for Salesforce development. - Implement source control practices, particularly with Git, and work with Salesforce DX for source-driven development. - Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce integration techniques, including REST and SOAP APIs. - Develop and execute unit tests, following test-driven development (TDD) principles. - Perform debugging and optimization of code for performance and efficiency. Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer. - Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud is mandatory. - Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Proficiency in Apex Programming Language, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Components, Apex Triggers, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Studio Code, source control (Git), integration techniques, testing, and debugging and optimization. - Experience with Salesforce data management, including data loader and other related tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
