Job Description:- We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester to join our team.- The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in automated testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks.- As an Automation Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing processes.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.- Work closely with developers and product owners to prioritize and resolve identified issues in a timely manner.- Maintain and update existing automated test scripts to accommodate changes in software functionality and requirements.- Continuously improve automated testing processes and frameworks to increase efficiency and effectiveness.- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile development activities to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior members of the testing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Requirements :- Min 6+ years of exp in developing automation testing framework using Selenium and Java - Hands-on experience in executing and developing regression automation testing suite for API & UI testing - Excellent Technical leadership, written and verbal communication skills - Experience in both Manual and Automation testing of Web applications.- Experience with defect life cycle.- Candidates should have good experience in QA activities.- Experience in Automation tools like Selenium, and RestAssure.- Experience in any programming language like Java, Python for developing automation scripts.- Experience in writing Test Cases.- Knowledge in understanding Test plans, Test Strategies.- Experience in working with client teams.- Excellent oral and written communications.
