What are we looking for :.- 6-8 years of experience with at least 4-6 years of Product Management experience.- Proven problem solving skills in a dynamic environment.- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities to determine and effectively communicate the right product plan.- Ability to groom, mentor and manage team members.- B2B SaaS experience is preferred.- HR Tech background is a plus.- Computer Engineering / Software Development background is a plus.
