In fact, as per Counterpoint Research's Q3 2022 report, 3 out of 4 smartwatches made in India were Noise smartwatches.- For more details, visit our Website and LinkedIn PageYour will be's :- Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions- Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and/or animations-Create iterative designs that meet product objectives, fit within Noise Design guidelines, and respond to feedback and usability test.- Strive to elevate the product by crafting elegant visual design systems from modern UI patterns and trends, from concept to execution- The articulate strategy behind design decisions- Be an advocate for the user & lead by example- Have ownership and accountability of specific digital products or product verticals- Ability to clearly articulate a problem space and design solutions that meet user needs as well as business goals.- Ability to quickly incorporate feedback and efficiently produce high-quality professional work- Ability to accurately set, manage, and meet deadlines.- Ability to lead and mentor younger designers and ensure good quality of output- Ability to proactively collaborate with stakeholders from product, tech and marketing-Ability to work on and manage multiple design projects- Ability to create designs of international quality in a loosely defined and fast paced environmentThe Ideal "Noisemaker" :- A drive for excellence an enthusiasm to constantly push the boundaries of the visual and user experience we create.- Strong fundamental knowledge of design principles, user behavior and design trends.- Experience conducting and analyzing user research.- 10 years designing high impact consumer facing digital experiences.- A deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design.- Proven expertise in multiple areas of UX design, including research, IA, visual design, prototyping, user testing, etc.- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, prototyping tools).- Familiarity with design systems and brand guidelines.- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.- Strong presentation and influencing skills.- A strong balance between idealism and pragmatism in thought and action- Being a thought leader when it comes to user experience and design in general- An online portfolio of professional work is required.-Proven experience working on and conceptualizing/art directing for motion design and micro interaction elements in digital product (ref:hirist.tech)
