Your typical day will involve working with SAP HCM Payroll and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.Roles & Responsibilities : Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet business needs, ensuring data integrity and system stability.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP HCM Payroll and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills :Must To Have Skills : Expertise in SAP HCM Payroll.Good To Have Skills : Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and SAP ABAP.Strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll modules and related technologies.Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet business needs.Solid grasp of data migration and integration techniques, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.Experience in leading and managing SAP HCM Payroll projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions. Additional Information : The candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering. impactful SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
