Hiring for a Product Manager - Azure.Experience: 5+ YearsLocation: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode)Job Description:Responsibilities :1. Requirement Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define product requirements by writing user stories and creating wireframes based on customer needs and market research. 2. Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and to guide product development decisions.3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure products are developed according to requirements and successfully brought to market.4. Product Launch and Support: Collaborate with technical teams to understand product features and benefits, and translate this into customer-facing documentation such as user guides, release notes, and product update communications. Post-launch, gather user feedback, monitor product performance, and iterate as necessary.5. Roadmap Planning: Contribute to Roadmap Planning and execute strategic product roadmaps to meet business objectives.6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to make informed decisions about potential product enhancements and optimizations.7. Product Ownership: Over time, take ownership of a product vertical, becoming the go-to expert and driving its success from inception to launch and beyond.Required experience and skills:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or an MBA would be a plus.- 5 years of experience in a product management role, ideally in a cloud-based product environment.- Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud native applications.- Passion for Automation and simplification of complex IT processes,- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating customer-facing technical documentation such as user guides and release notes.- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment.- Demonstrated success in defining and launching products would be a plus.
