Job Title : UI/UX DeveloperLocation : GurgaonExperience : 5-7 yearsKey Responsibilities :- Utilize design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision to create and maintain digital assets, including interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups.- Conduct research to understand users' digital interactions and habits, and use insights to develop UI and UX strategies aligned with target goals.- Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code, ensuring adherence to SOLID design principles and best practices.- Develop clickable prototypes and interfaces using design and prototyping tools like Sketch, InVision, and Axure.- Deconstruct user behavior to identify and troubleshoot UX problems, ensuring responsiveness and an improved user experience.- Implement web markup languages such as HTML5 and CSS3, along with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI/UX designs into WordPress websites, ensuring consistency and quality.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously improving skills and adopting new tools to enhance product offerings.- Showcase expertise in CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools, as well as HTML5 and its best practices.- Demonstrate proficiency in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, to enhance interactivity and functionality.- Utilize Git version control for managing codebase and collaborating with team members effectively.- Apply SEO principles to optimize UI/UX designs for search engine visibility and user engagement.Educational Background, Experience & Skills :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Proficient knowledge of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.- Strong understanding of front-end coding and development technologies.- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.- Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.- Experience in WordPress development and integration.- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw for graphic design tasks.- Knowledge of usability testing tools like Hotjar and Lookback for user behavior analysis.- Familiarity with Cloud9 and CodePen for collaborative development and prototyping.- Portfolio showcasing JavaScript proficiency, SOLID design principles, and previous UI/UX projects.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
