Senior UI UX Designer (B2C Healthcare) || 4-6 Y || Bangalore (JP Nagar) || WFO 5 Days ||. Desired Profile :- Strong Product (UI, UX) Designer, Minimum 3+ YOE as a Product Designer (UX/UI).- Must be stable with jobs (No yearly job switches).- Must have Strong Portfolio of both UI & UX works.- Must have Strong Portfolio of UI works for Mobile (Android, iOS).- Prefer candidates from Product Companies only. Role & Responsibilities.- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.- Create original UI Designs of website Mockups,app interface and dashboards.- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g.responsiveness).- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images and work on the formulation and implementation of the design system.- Take independent ownership of tasks and follow through with product managers and tech into development.- Have excellent communication skills in English.- Have curiosity about tech and the latest design trends and software.
